MOLDING UNIT
With our expert and dynamic staff and by using the technology, we transform the information coming from the customers and the design department into ready-to-use molds.
CUTTING UNIT
For the most accurate results, fabric is cut with zero error by using automatic spreading and cutting machines.
SEWING UNIT
Our company, which has a monthly production capacity of 700,000, uses a system called “right the first time (rft)” and targets to save time and cost.
QUALITY CONTROL
Each product is carefully inspected by a clockwise inspection method to ensure high quality products.
FABRIC & ACCESSORIES WAREHOUSE
The incoming fabric and accessories are checked in terms of quality and qualification according to aql table and stored in accordance with the standards.
TRANSFER PRINTING
Neck, front and back body printing are done with 8 transfer printing machines.
METAL ZONE
A metal policy is applied in our company in order to sew products with high quality and safety. The machine needles are changed every 3 days. After packing, the products are scanned and packaged one by one in metal machines.
KNITTING MACHINES
With 13 knitting machines, we produce 5000 kg of fabric everyday including single jersey, double-knit, triple-knit, lacoste, interlock, rib-knit and camisole. We produce 90% of our fabric need by ourselves.
